Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final-sale products

• Items exposed to outdoor use before inspection (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
